Accepting and releasing

Each breath reminds us of our temprary nature.  In and out.  We accept, we release, we accept, we release.   This natural rhythm can be seen in all life.

If we suffer we are either not accepting or not releasing.  Be still, watch the breath move in and out, bring compassion and a willingness to be kind to your own experience and the natural rhythm is immediately and automatically restored.
