I am not

I am not this body, I am that which is this body and all form
I am not this feeling, I am that which is this feeling and all feelings
I am not this perceiving, I am that which this perception and all perception
I am not this thought forming, I am that which is this thought forming and all thoughts forming
I am not this consciousness, I am that which is this consciousness and all consciousness.

I am not limited by form, feelings, perceptions, mental formations or consciousness, despite what Fabrege, General Motors and the media keep telling me………….   
the silence the ego experiences is its source, and within is the peace that spawned it……..this silence will come forth in any form suggested to it………..what I AM experiencing right now is the silence, suggested into temporary existence.
